INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Air Fry your bacon in batches at 350°F / 177°C for 8 minutes.
  2. While the bacon is cooking, thinly slice your potatoes. We recommend using a mandolin for efficiency and precision. Slice your tomatoes and prep your lettuce as well.
  3. After the bacon is finished cooking, drain the excess bacon grease from the bottom of the air fryer basket.
  4. Add 12 potato slices to the fryer basket, overlapping them. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle them with 1/4 of the shredded mozzarella.
  5. Air Fry the potatoes in batches at 350°F / 177°C for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown. Do not flip when prompted.
  6. Once they are done, remove with a spatula and flip them onto a plate, cheese side down. Spread on the mayo and stack the bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Enjoy!
