Each month from April to July, a new themed cooking challenge will be announced, featuring a brand partner and exclusive prizes. Share your best one-pot recipes using your Instant Pot and get recognized as a culinary star!
How It Works:
- Every month, a new challenge will be announced, with themed prizes curated to elevate your kitchen game! Come back April 1 for our first cooking challenge!
- Each winner of the monthly theme will win fun prizes and be highlighted on our social channels, inspiring foodies everywhere to join in!
- Don't stop cooking because every recipe submission earns bonus points towards becoming the Grand Prize Winner, who will take home $2,500!
- After all 4 challenges, head to our social media channels and vote on the Top 6 finalists. Your vote will select our Instant Pot Chef of the Year!

1. Make It
Create a homemade, original dish that fits this month’s theme. If your Instant Pot isn’t in the mix, neither are you. (Rules are rules!)

2. Capture It
Show off your masterpiece with a video or photo — make it drool-worthy. No time limits on videos, but if your video is longer than 10 minutes, please ask yourself why.

3. Post It
Drop your entry on Instagram, TikTok, or the Instant Pot Facebook Community. No emails, no websites, no carrier pigeons. List your ingredients and basic steps in your caption or comments. If you need more room, link us to a blog post or Google Doc so we can see allllll the deets.

4. Tag It
Tag us @InstantPotOfficial and use #IPChefOfTheYear in your post so we can find (and admire) your creation.

Follow @InstantPotOfficial and this month’s brand sponsor—they’re bringing the prizes, after all.

Got another banger of a recipe? Send it in. More entries = more chances to win. Additional entries will earn bonus points in the judging process.
What can get you disqualified?
- No Instant Pot in your photo or video. It’s called Instant Pot Chef of the Year for a reason.
- Not tagging @InstantPot or using #IPChefOfTheYear. We can’t judge what we can’t find.
- Not following @InstantPot and the brand partner of the month. Huge dealbreaker.
- Using inappropriate, offensive, or negative language or imagery. We love spice, just not that kind.
- Copying someone else’s recipe(s). No plagiarism in our pantry. We’re looking for your culinary genius, not someone else’s.
- Negative mentions of competitor brands in your submission. This isn’t a roast—unless we’re talking about dinner. Keep it about your Instant Pot masterpiece.
