Product Registration

Registering your purchase links your product with proof of ownership. Registration is quick and easy. Please upload images or screenshots of your proof of purchase, silver/rectangular label and barcode on the product, to allow us to better serve you. Just a couple of steps and you're done! Failure to complete and return the card or form does not diminish your warranty rights.

Be sure to save the original purchase receipt or e-receipt.

Product information

Your serial number is located on a circular sticker found on the bottom of the product. The model name/number and date code are located on the silver, rectangular sticker found on the back of the product. The date code is located on the bottom right-hand side of the rectangular sticker and is either a series of 7 characters or a 4-digit number, i.e. A2419CU or 1812. If your product does not provide a serial number, please only input the date code from the rectangular sticker.

Please note that for non-Instant Pot appliances (Air Fryer Ovens, Toaster Ovens, etc.), the serial number is located on the silver, rectangular sticker found on the back of the product.

  • An image or screenshot of your purchase receipt, displaying the date of purchase
  • An image of the silver, rectangular sticker located on the back of your product
