Your serial number is located on a circular sticker found on the bottom of the product. The model name/number and date code are located on the silver, rectangular sticker found on the back of the product. The date code is located on the bottom right-hand side of the rectangular sticker and is either a series of 7 characters or a 4-digit number, i.e. A2419CU or 1812. If your product does not provide a serial number, please only input the date code from the rectangular sticker.

Please note that for non-Instant Pot appliances (Air Fryer Ovens, Toaster Ovens, etc.), the serial number is located on the silver, rectangular sticker found on the back of the product.
