1. SPONSOR

The Instant Pot National Ice Cream Day (“Promotion”) is sponsored by IB Appliances US Holdings, LLC d/b/a Instant Pot Brands (“Sponsor”), 8725 W. Higgins Rd, Suite 725, Chicago, IL 60631.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the administration of the Promotion are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on July 20, 2026, and ends on July 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period:

• Follow @InstantPotOfficial.
• Like the designated giveaway post.
• Tag another person in the comments of the designated giveaway post.

Each additional eligible tag submitted in a separate comment constitutes one (1) additional entry.

Entrants may not repeatedly tag the same individual to generate multiple entries.

Entries generated by script, bot, macro, automated means, or other fraudulent methods are void.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be announced publicly on the giveaway post on or about July 27, 2026.

The winner may also be contacted by Sponsor through the applicable social media platform.

If a winner:

• cannot be contacted,
• does not respond within the timeframe requested by Sponsor,
• is determined to be ineligible,
• declines the prize, or
• fails to comply with these Official Rules,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. PRIZE DELIVERY

Prize will ship within approximately six (6) weeks following winner verification and confirmation.

Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays or carrier-related issues.

9. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize not expressly stated herein.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, social media handle, statements, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries;
• technical failures of any kind;
• unauthorized human intervention;
• typographical or printing errors;
• errors in Promotion administration; or
• injury or damage resulting from participation in the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if circumstances arise that compromise its integrity.

13. DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• tampers with the entry process,
• violates these Official Rules,
• engages in fraudulent conduct, or
• attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
