Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/8 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/8 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup ube halaya (purple yam jam)
  • 2 teaspoons ube extract

Creamy, nutty, and just a little floral, this Ube Ice Cream blends rich ube halaya with sweet cream and a hint of condensed milk for a smooth, velvety scoop. Made in the InstantChill™ Ice Cream Maker, it churns into a vibrant, melt-soft dessert with that signature ube depth in every bite.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all of the ingredients into the InstantChill™ Mixing Bowl. 
  2. Use the Ice Cream Program, set to 20 minutes
  3. Once the program is complete, scoop the ice cream into bowls or containers and enjoy immediately, or freeze for a firmer texture.
