Add the milk, vanilla extract, and the mini chocolate chips to a frother, and blend on the cappuccino setting, or stiff foam setting.
Pour into a glass once the program has completed.
Meanwhile, thread the two jumbo marshmallows on the skewer. Toast the marshmallows over a flame, burner, or with a kitchen torch. Carefully remove from the skewer. Rip in half and place on the prepared hot chocolate.
Top with crumbled graham crackers and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
