Sautéed Radishes

Sautéed Radishes
You may have only tried radishes raw in a salad, but sautéing them brings out a whole new flavor. They’re transformed from peppery and zesty when fresh, to mild with a hint of sweetness when sautéed. Savory herbs and butter make this side dish a nice break from all the green veggies you’re likely to be eating.
