Brownies get an upgrade with add-ins of chocolate chips and walnuts, and a rocky road–inspired marshmallow topping. In a toaster oven–style air fryer, the marshmallows get a quick toasting on the BROIL setting, so they’re crisp and browned on the outside and chewy in the middle (look to the recipe note for modified instructions for basket-style air fryers). Serve these with a cold glass of milk, or with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce for a killer brownie sundae.
