Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 28 Hershey's kisses

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Sift flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder together then whisk to combine.
  2. Cream the butter, peanut butter and brown sugars in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.
  3. Add the egg and mix until smooth then slowly, in a couple of additions, add flour mixture and beat until incorporated.
  4. Roll dough into one-inch balls.
  5. Add the cup of sugar to a small bowl, add the dough balls and roll them in the sugar until fully coated, then set aside.
  6. Select Bake 365°F / 185°C and set the time for 6 Minutes and Press Start .
  7. When the Air Fryer has finished preheating place the balls inside of the basket leaving enough space between them.
  8. Bake in batches if needed.
  9. When the cooking time is completed open the basket and carefully press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. Some cracks are ok.
  10. Close the basket again and select Bake 365°F / 185°C and set the time for 3 Minutes and Press Start.
  11. When the cooking time is completed, open the basket, and let the cookies cool down for about 10 Minutes before transferring to a rack.
