Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango nectar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ¼ cup simple syrup
  • 2 tsp. Tajín, plus more for sprinkling

Mango first, then lime, then that hit of Tajín that keeps you coming back for another bite. Made in the InstantChill™ Ice Cream Maker, this Mango Lime Tajín Sorbet is cold, bright, and exactly what you want when something sweet needs a little edge.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the mango nectar, lime juice, simple syrup, and Tajín to the InstantChill Mixing Bowl. 
  2. Use the Sorbet program, set to 24 minutes.
  3. When the program is complete, scoop into bowls or containers and enjoy immediately, or freeze for a firmer texture. 
  4. Top with extra Tajín for a sweet and salty treat!
