INSTRUCTIONS Cut into sticks and pass through ice water. Dry well and brush with olive oil. Add salt to taste. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set the time to 6 Minutes and temperature t0 305˚F (152˚C). Press Start. Once Add Food appears on the display, add the potatoes. Close tray and let cook. Turn over when instructed on the Instant Vortex display. Serve with sauce.
