Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Dash of Salt and Pepper
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Score the potatoes.
  2. Mix the oil with the spices and coat the potatoes.
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 365°F (185°C). Press Start.
  4. Add the batter and close the basket.
  5. When the fryer indicates Turn Food, coat the potatoes with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Once ready, add salt.
