Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 3 ears corn, husked
Instructions
  • Combine the butter with the lemon juice and spices.
  • Brush the corn with the mixture.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast, then set time to 14 Minutes and temperature to 400ºF (205°C). Press Start.
  • Add the mixture to the basket and close.
  • When prompted by the machine, turn over and brush again.
  • Serve with parsley and salt to taste.
