Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 3 ears corn, husked

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine the butter with the lemon juice and spices.
  2. Brush the corn with the mixture.
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast, then set time to 14 Minutes and temperature to 400ºF (205°C). Press Start.
  4. Add the mixture to the basket and close.
  5. When prompted by the machine, turn over and brush again.
  6. Serve with parsley and salt to taste.
