Ingredients

1 cup orange juice
1 cup grapefruit juice
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. lemon juice
Pinch of fine sea salt

Say hi to sunshine in a scoop. Orange, grapefruit, and lemon come through bright and juicy, with just enough tartness to keep things balanced. Made in the InstantChill™ Ice Cream Maker, it’s light, refreshing, and exactly what you want when it’s hot out.

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, combine the sugar and hot water. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved to create a simple syrup.
In a separate bowl, mix the orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and salt.
Add the simple syrup to the juice mixture and stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the InstantChill™ Mixing Bowl.
Use the Sorbet program, set to 24 minutes.
When the program is complete, scoop the sorbet into bowls or containers and enjoy immediately. Freeze further for a firmer texture.
