Chunky Ranch Potatoes


  • 3 lbs red potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives
  • Combine potatoes, water and salt in Instant Pot®; mix well.
  • Secure lid and move pressure release valve to Sealing position. Press Manual or Pressure Cook; cook at high pressure 5 minutes.
  • When cooking is complete, press Cancel and use quick release.
  • Add ranch dressing, cheese and chives to pot; stir gently to coat, breaking potatoes into chunks.
