Select Manual Mode 1, set the temperature to 150°F / 65°C and set the time to 30 Minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream and the pinch of salt, when the cream starts bubbling add the chocolate chips at little a time, stirring well and constantly between each addition to ensure a smooth fondue.
Once the chocolate is completely melted press Cancel.
Then select Manual Mode 1 set the temperature to 110°F / 43°C and set the time to 2 Hours .
Arrange an assortment of bite-sized dipping foods on a serving plate and enjoy.
