Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 slices ham
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko
Instructions
  • Place ham and cheese on top of chicken breasts and roll up.
  • Dredge in flour, then dip in egg and panko.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 16 Minutes and temperature to 380°F (190°C). Press Start.
  • Add the batter and close the basket.
  • Serve with salt to taste.
