Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • Salt, as needed
  • Pepper, as needed
  • Garlic powder, as needed
  • Paprika, as needed
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 16 oz. Velveeta
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • Burger seasoning (I used Kinder’s Caramelized Onion Burger)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 4 pieces cooked bacon, chopped
Instructions
  • Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Sauté the ground beef on High until browned.
  • Once the ground beef is cooked, mix in the chopped red and yellow onions, chopped pickles, mayo, ketchup, mustard, Velveeta, Monterey Jack cheese, chopped bacon, and burger seasoning.
  • Broil on High at 400°F / 205°C for 3 minutes. Once this program is complete, stir occasionally until the cheese is completely melted.
  • Broil on High again at 400°F / 205°C for 3 minutes. When finished, top with chopped green onions and more chopped bacon.
  • Serve warm with fresh tortilla chips and enjoy!
