Carefully lower the cedar plank on to the steam rack.Secure the lid, making sure the vent is closed.Using the display panel select the MANUAL function*. Use the +/- keys and program the Instant Pot for 5 minutes.When the time is up, quick-release the remaining pressure.Check the fish for desired doneness, and add an additional 1-2 minutes if needed.Serve hot topped with lemon slices, alongside steamed vegetables or rice (optional).
