Any-Juice Sorbet

Pick a juice and see where it goes! There's no wrong answer here, just add a little lemon, a touch of sweetness, and let the InstantChill™ Ice Cream Maker turn it into a smooth sorbet that’s entirely your call.
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl, combine the sugar and hot water. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved to create a simple syrup.
- In a separate bowl, mix the fruit juice of your choice, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the simple syrup to the juice mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the InstantChill™ Mixing Bowl.
- Use the Sorbet program, set to 24 minutes.
- When the program is complete, scoop the sorbet into bowls or containers and enjoy immediately. Freeze further for a firmer texture.
