Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®. Press Saute and set the time to 12 Minutes. Boil water with the chicken breast carcass. This will flavor our stock.
Strain the broth and remove the bone from the chicken.
Incorporate all the ingredients, add salt to taste, a splash of soy sauce, and olive oil.
Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level High, and set the time to 15 Minutes.
