Ingredients

5 clementines, halved
2 honeycrisp apples, sliced
½ cup raisins
½ cup dates
1 tbsp. cloves
3 whole nutmegs
6 star anise pods
1 tbsp. black peppercorns
10 cups water
2 lemons, peeled and juiced
½ cup brown sugar
Sliced clementines, for serving

Get spooky this Halloween season with this super simple non-alcoholic warm brew! Perfect for kids and adults, add all the ingredients to your Precision Dutch Oven or Instant Pot Multi-Cooker and let it simmer. Flavor has never been easier!

INSTRUCTIONS

Add clementine halves, lemon peels, sliced apples, raisins, dates, cloves, nutmeg, star anise, black peppercorn, and water to the Precision Dutch Oven or Instant Pot.
Set the temperature to 200°F / 93°C and cook for one hour.
After one hour, add the reserved lemon juice and brown sugar.
Gently smash the cooked clementines and apples. Stir to combine.
Pour the brew over a fine mesh strainer.
Return the strained brew back to the pot to keep warm.
Serve with clementine slices and enjoy!
