Generously coat a heatproof silicone egg bite mold or mini popover pan with nonstick spray.
Add all ingredients to a blender and process at medium speed for 30 seconds.
Fill each mold with a scant 2 tbsp of batter (you may have extra batter left over).
Place the drip pan in the bottom of the cooking chamber. Place one cooking tray upside down in the top position (this will prevent over-browning) and place the other in the lowest position of the cooking chamber.
Using the display panel, select AIRFRY, then adjust the temperature to 400°F and the time to 20 minutes, then touch START.
When the display indicates “Add Food” carefully place the egg bite mold on the lower cooking tray.
When the display indicates “Turn Food” do nothing.
When the popovers are brown, open the cooking chamber, quickly pierce each popover with a sharp knife to release steam, then continue cooking 1-2 minutes more.
