Vegan Quinoa Burger

Ingredients
  • ½ cup cooked white quinoa
  • ½ cup cooked black quinoa
  • ¼ cup white onion
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder and cumin
  • Fresh mixed greens salad
Instructions
  • Blend cooked white quinoa with the onion and the flour.
  • Place mixture in a bowl with grated carrot, black quinoa, spices and breadcrumbs.
  • Wash your hands well before shaping the burgers. Use breadcrumbs to hold burger together. Can be frozen for later use.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry , then set time to 16 Minutes and temperature to 355ºF (180°C). Spray the basket with a little oil and place the hamburgers inside the basket. Press Start.
  • Carefully remove the hamburgers and serve with your favorite salad or on a bun, with French fries.
