Blend cooked white quinoa with the onion and the flour.
Place mixture in a bowl with grated carrot, black quinoa, spices and breadcrumbs.
Wash your hands well before shaping the burgers. Use breadcrumbs to hold burger together. Can be frozen for later use.
On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry , then set time to 16 Minutes and temperature to 355ºF (180°C). Spray the basket with a little oil and place the hamburgers inside the basket. Press Start.
Carefully remove the hamburgers and serve with your favorite salad or on a bun, with French fries.
