Toasted Ravioli

Crispy on the outside, warm and cheesy on the inside, these Toasted Ravioli are the perfect appetizer or snack. Coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and air-fried to perfection, they’re served with marinara sauce and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. fresh ravioli
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Organic, non-propellant vegetable oil cooking spray
  • Flakey sea salt, as needed
  • Marinara sauce, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for serving
Instructions
  • Set up three separate bowls: one with flour, one with a whisked egg and milk mixture, and one with Italian breadcrumbs.
  • Dredge each ravioli in the flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Lightly spray the breaded ravioli with cooking spray and sprinkle with flakey sea salt.
  • Place the ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, careful to not crowd the basket. Air fry at 375°F / 190°C for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Repeat cooking in batches as necessary.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
