Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh ravioli
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Organic, non-propellant vegetable oil cooking spray
  • Flakey sea salt, as needed
  • Marinara sauce, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for serving

Crispy on the outside, warm and cheesy on the inside, these Toasted Ravioli are the perfect appetizer or snack. Coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and air-fried to perfection, they’re served with marinara sauce and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Set up three separate bowls: one with flour, one with a whisked egg and milk mixture, and one with Italian breadcrumbs.
  2. Dredge each ravioli in the flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  3. Lightly spray the breaded ravioli with cooking spray and sprinkle with flakey sea salt.
  4. Place the ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, careful to not crowd the basket. Air fry at 375°F / 190°C for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Repeat cooking in batches as necessary.
  5. Serve warm with marinara sauce and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
