Set up three separate bowls: one with flour, one with a whisked egg and milk mixture, and one with Italian breadcrumbs.
Dredge each ravioli in the flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Lightly spray the breaded ravioli with cooking spray and sprinkle with flakey sea salt.
Place the ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, careful to not crowd the basket. Air fry at 375°F / 190°C for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Repeat cooking in batches as necessary.
Serve warm with marinara sauce and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
