Steak Tacos

Ingredients
  • 1 lb (500 g) sirloin steak
  • Salt, pepper, and cumin
Instructions
  • Season the sirloin steak with the spices.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast and then set time to 12 Minutes and temperature to 400°F (205°C). Press Start.
  • Add the batter and close the basket.
  • When the fryer indicates it, turn the dish over.
  • Slice the pork. Serve on corn tortillas with pico de gallo.
