In a bowl, mix all the cake ingredients until you have a homogeneous batter.
Pour the batter into a pan (previously greased or lined with parchment paper).
Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Bake15 Minutes and temperature to 340°F (170°C).
When the time is up, remove the cake and turn it over.
Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Bake, then set time to 12 Minutes and temperature to 340°F (170°C). Set aside.
For the Fudge, mix the peanut butter with cocoa or chocolate in a separate bowl, and the boiling water until it forms a paste. Frost the top of the cake with the fudge until it is completely covered.
Decorate with your favorite toppings; I chose goji berries and pumpkin seeds.
Finally, use a toothpick to cut out small triangles for the Christmas tree.
