Pat the drained and rinsed chickpeas dry with a paper towel. In a mixing bowl, coat the chickpeas with oil, garlic salt, onion powder, and black pepper.
Toss half the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket so it does not crowd the basket. Air Fry at 385°F / 195°C degrees for about 20-23 minutes. Make sure to shake in between cooking time.
Immediately season the chickpeas after air frying with ranch powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, and garlic salt. Enjoy!
