On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 390°F (200°C). Press Start.
Rub the fillets with the olive oil and season with the dressing, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Once Add Food appears on the display, remove the basket and arrange the meat. Reinsert it into the Instant Vortex. Meanwhile, mix the butter ingredients.
Once Turn Food appears on the display, flip.
Remove, put on platter, spread butter on top and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
