Ingredients
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger root
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs flank steak
Instructions
  • In a large bowl, combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and canola oil. Mix to combine.
  • Add flank steak to the bowl. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours, or overnight.
  • Remove flank steak from the marinade. AIR FRY at 400°F/205°C for 6 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Allow the steak to rest on a cutting board for at least 15 minutes. This will allow the steak to re-absorb its juices, leading to a more tender final product. Cut against the grain into slices. Add to sandwiches, salads, or serve directly!
