Solo Single Serve - White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha


  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp white chocolate peppermint syrup
  • 1 medium roast coffee pod
  • Garnish with cinnamon and a peppermint stick
  • In a saucepan, combine the cream and sugar. Bring just to a boil on the stovetop over medium heat.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes.
  • Whisk until smooth and the chocolate has fully melted.
  • Whisk in the peppermint extract.
  • Pour the chocolate syrup into an airtight container or jar. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
  • Add the milk and white chocolate peppermint syrup to the Instant Pod Milk Frother and place the lid on.
  • Select thick foam and press START.
  • Press the POWER button on the Instant Solo Coffee Maker.
  • Open the top and insert a medium roast coffee pod.
  • Place a mug onto the drip tray plate and select 8oz.
  • When the coffee is finished brewing, top with the white chocolate peppermint frothed milk.
  • Sprinkle with some cinnamon and serve with a candy cane!
