Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast

Ingredients
  • 4 sourdough bread
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • ¼ red onion
  • black pepper
  • fresh dill
Instructions
  • Lightly drizzle olive oil on each side of the bread.
  • Air Fry the bread at 400°F / 205°C for 7-8 Minutes, turning halfway and cooking until golden.
  • Spread cream cheese on the toast.
  • Top with one quarter of the sliced avocado, a few slices of tomato, and one quarter of the smoked salmon.
  • Sprinkle with red onion slices, capers, black pepper, and dill.
