Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-carb chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup no-sugar-added peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
This fudge is chocolaty with a subtle hint of peanut butter. It’s so delicious your friends won’t even realize it’s sugar-free. Feel free to swap out the peanut butter with your favorite nut butter.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into Instant Pot and cover with slow cooker lid.
  2. Allow to cook on Low for 1 hour and stir. Smooth mixture and allow to cook additional 30 minutes.
  3. Pour mixture into 8 inch x 8 inch parchment-lined pan and chill for 2 hours. Slice.
