simmer pot, part delicious treat, fill this with all your favorite seasonal spice flavors to make different kinds of cider.
Place all ingredients except the brown sugar in the pot.
Place the lid on top and Slow Cook on High for 4 Hours, or on Low for 8 Hours.
After the time is done, mash the fruit to disperse more flavor.
Strain all the solids and liquids through a fine mesh strainer into a large mixing bowl. Discard the solids. Return the cider back to the pot on the Warm setting for a hot drink, or cool, refrigerate,and serve over ice.
