Slow Cooked Strawberry Chia Seed Jam


  • 2 lbs fresh strawberry
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Place whole strawberries, honey, chia seeds and lemon juice into the pot and stir well.
  • Secure the lid on and place in venting position.
  • Select SLOW COOK-Custom-High and set the time for 2 hours.
  • Press START.
  • When cooking time is finished, open the lid, using a potato masher or large spoon, mash up the strawberries to desired consistency.
