Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh strawberry
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place whole strawberries, honey, chia seeds and lemon juice into the pot and stir well.
  2. Secure the lid on and place in venting position.
  3. Select SLOW COOK-Custom-High and set the time for 2 hours.
  4. Press START.
  5. When cooking time is finished, open the lid, using a potato masher or large spoon, mash up the strawberries to desired consistency.
