Slow Cooked Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
  • 6 cups ripe peaches
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
  • Place peaches, lemon juice and sugar in the inner pot and combine.
  • Spread them evenly over the bottom of the Inner Pot.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the topping.
  • Sprinkle over the peaches
  • Select SLOW COOK-Less and set the time to 4 hours.Press START. Close the lid and set to VENT.
  • When cooking time is finished, open the lid. Let it rest 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve and enjoy!
Notes
  • Optional: Serve with vanilla ice!
