Slow Cooked Keto Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 lb cabbage
  • 1/2 lb beef cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups Cauliflower Rice
  • 1/3 cup carrots
  • 1/3 cup celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
  • Select SAUTE on HIGH for 15 minutes and press START. Add the olive oil to the Inner Pot.
  • When the pot is hot, add and brown the beef cubes for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Change temperature to Custom-Level 3 and add onions and garlic, smoked paprika and salt. Sauté for 1-2 more minutes.
  • Add tomato paste, carrot, celery, cabbage, chili flakes, and black pepper and stir.
  • Add diced tomato with water and chicken stock.
  • CANCLE Sauté Program
  • Scrub any residuals stuck to the bottom of the pot with the spoon.
  • Close the lid and set to VENT. Select SLOW COOK-Soup Function (Temperature High for 6 hours) and press START.
  • When 1 hour is left at the end of the program, add Cauliflower Rice to the soup. Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary.
