Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
  • 1 lb (500 g) shrimp, raw
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1 cup cabbage, julienned
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
  • Dredge shrimp in flour, then dip in beaten egg and panko.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 3 Minutes and temperature to 385°F (195°C). Press Start.
  • Add the shrimp to the basket and close.
  • In the meantime, mix the cabbage with the spices and lemon juice.
  • Serve with lemon.
