Ingredients
  • 1 tube of Pillsbury Classic Refrigerated Pizza Crust, divided into two
  • 18 oz. ball of fresh mozzarella cheese or burrata, sliced and divided
  • 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded and divided
  • 2 large shiitake mushrooms, sliced and divided
  • ¼ sweet onion, thinly sliced and divided
  • ¼ cup roasted pistachios, coarsely chopped and divided
  • 1 cup baby spinach, divided
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil, divided
  • Hot honey, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
  • Open the pizza dough and divide it into 2 closely equal pieces.
  • Place one half of the dough onto the provided pizza pan and stretch it slightly to expand its surface area. Brush the top of the dough with the olive oil and set aside.
  • Set the Omni to Bake at 400°F / 205°C for 3 minutes.
  • Once the oven is at temperature, place the pizza pan on the bottom rack and Bake at the same temperature for 3 minutes.
  • After the 3 minutes of cooking is complete, carefully remove the pan and flip the dough over.
  • Add half of the mozzarella, burrata, mushrooms, onions, pistachios, and spinach to the flatbread.
  • Set the Omni to Bake at 400°F / 205°C for 6 minutes and return the flatbread to the oven to finish cooking. Repeat for the other half of the dough.
  • Once cooking is complete, cut the flatbread into squares and top with a drizzle of hot honey. Enjoy!
