Coat bottom of 6-quart (5.5 L) Instant Pot with coconut oil.
Add the ground beef, onion and garlic and press Sauté. Cook meat for 5 Minutes or until beef is well done.
Press Cancel to stop sauteing. Drain excess fat. Add the rest of the ingredients. Close lid, press Pressure Cook or Manual Cook and set the timer for 5 Minutes.
When done cooking, let the pressure release naturally.
