Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano, as needed
  • Salt pepper freshly ground
  • 1 lb carrot, peeled sliced, cut into lengths (5 cm)
  • 1 ⅓ tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the carrots in a large bowl, and toss with the olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano.
  2. Choose Roast, 380°F / 195°C, 10 Minutes.
  3. Once the AF shows the "Add Food" sign, open the AF basket and place the carrots into the AF basket. Close the AF basket.
  4. Once the AF shows the "Turn Food", flip the carrots with tongs. Close the AF basket to continue to cook.
  5. Once the cooking cycle ends, remove the AF basket, and place the carrots in a large bowl.
  6. Add the parsley, toss gently, and taste and adjust salt and pepper. Serve warm.
