Proscuitto Asparagus with Lemon Garlic Aioli


  • 1-2 lbs asparagus spears ends trimmed
  • 10-15 prosciutto slices
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp salt
  • In a small bowl combine the lemon garlic aioli ingredients and mix well. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Wrap each asparagus spear with a piece of prosciutto.
  • If you have very thin asparagus spears, wrap 2 pieces in prosciutto.
  • Select Air Fry and set the time and temperature to 350°F for 6 Minutes.
  • When preheated, add the asparagus into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • When the Turn Food notification sounds, pull out the basket and shake a few times. Insert the basket back into the air fryer to finish cooking.
  • When the cooking time is complete, use tongs and transfer the asparagus to a serving platter.
  • Serve with the lemon garlic aioli!
