A great way to stretch the value of steak is to make it into sandwiches. This recipe makes tender steak sandwiches so delicious you’ll wish you had made a double batch. The jalapeño juice adds a ton of flavor to the meat without any of the heat. If you want to melt the provolone cheese at the end, place sandwiches on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil in oven 2 minutes.
