INSTRUCTIONS Marinate the chicken in a bowl refrigerating for at least 2 Hours or until the next day. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast, set the time to 45 Minutes and the temperature 395˚F (200˚C). Press Start. Once the Add Food message appears, open the basket, rub the chicken with dark soy sauce and place it in the basket. When required, make sure to check food temperature using a thermometer. When the time is up, remove carefully and serve. Serve with fried potatoes made in the fryer and Creole chili pepper.
