Peppermint Espresso Martini

Ingredients
  • 1 espresso capsule
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Kahlua
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • Mini candy cane, for serving
Instructions
  • Place a mug under the coffee dispenser. Brew 2 ounces of espresso into the mug.
  • Add the brewed espresso, vodka, Kahlua, simple syrup, peppermint extract, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake for 2-3 Minutes until frothy.
  • Strain and pour into a cocktail glass. Serve with a mini candy cane.
