Peach Crumble


  • 5 peaches
  • ¾ cup whole oats
  • 30 drops stevia
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • ¼ cup panela or brown sugar
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts
  • 2 tbsp (50g) cold butter, coconut oil, ghee, or olive oil
  • Chop the fruit, add 1 tbsp flour and stevia, mix well, and place in an oven-safe baking dish. Most of my kitchenware is packed away, so I used a glass bowl from the Prepware Pyrex Set of 4 Glass Bowls with Lids (once it’s done, cover it and it lasts up to 5 days refrigerated).
  • For the crumble, mix the rest of the ingredients with your hands until everything is well incorporated.
  • Sprinkle over the fruit and put into preheated oven at 355ºF (180°C) for 20-25 Minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool and serve with ice cream or plain yogurt.
