Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups raw pepitas, unsalted and unroasted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Mid-day snacks have never been tastier. Honey, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder combine to create the best sweet and salty snack. Double the batch and store in an airtight container for more snacking!

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add olive oil, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and garlic powder to a medium mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Add pepitas to the bowl and mix to thoroughly coat all the seeds.
  3. Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with a single sheet of aluminum foil. Top with honeyed pepitas and Air Fry at 385°F for 8-9 Minutes, until fragrant and toasted. Repeat with any remaining unroasted pepitas.
  4. Spread out the roasted pepitas on parchment paper to cool. Gently break up any clumps and serve as a snack.
