Parmesan Shells


  • 12 scallop or oyster shells
  • ½ glass white wine
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lime to
  • Season to taste and add a splash of white wine to each shell.
  • Grate a generous amount of Parmesan cheese to gratinate. 
  • Place a small pat of butter in each shell.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast, then set time to 5 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  • Serve and enjoy with a drizzle of lime juice.
