Add kielbasa and mushrooms to the Air Fry Basket. Place the Oven Rack in the Air Fry position.
Select the AIR FRY program and adjust the temperature to 400°F and the time to 8 minutes, then press START
When the preheat cycle is complete, place the Air Fry Basket on the Oven Rack. Close the oven to resume program.
Meanwhile, roll out the thawed puff pastry on a piece of parchment paper until it is 12” x 12” Cut 1 inch strips, 4 inches deep on 2 opposite sides, leaving 4 inches uncut down the center.
When the display reads Turn Food, carefully remove the Air Fry Basket, stir the contents and return to the oven. Close the oven to resume program.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat 4 eggs, then stir in spinach, parmesan, salt and pepper. Coat the inside of a baking dish (9” round or 7”x11” work well) and pour in the egg mixture.
When the program is complete, remove the Air Fry Basket and cover with foil to keep warm. Place the baking dish on the Oven Rack.
Select the Air Fry program, adjust the temperature to 400°F and the time to 5 minutes. Stir the eggs every minute until set, then remove the baking dish and Oven Rack and press CANCEL.
Stir the sausage and mushrooms into the cooked eggs and allow to cool slightly.
Place the egg and sausage mixture in a rectangle on the center of the pastry. Starting at one end, take a strip from each side and fold over the eggs on an angle. Repeat to form a braid. Tuck the final ends under the pastry.
In a small bowl, beat the remaining egg and 1 tbsp water. Brush over the pastry, then trim the parchment paper from both sides of the braided roll. Place the pastry on the Cooking Pan in the Bake position.
Select the Bake program and adjust the temperature to 350°F and the time to 15 minutes.
When the program is complete, cut the pastry into slices and serve warm.
