Omni 18L Family - Spicy Buffalo Chicken Bites


  • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs Boneless, skinless, chicken breast
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1 Green onion
  • Set up a breading station with two bowls.
  • In the first bowl add the flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, paprika, salt and pepper, and mix well.
  • In the second bowl whisk the eggs.
  • Working one at a time, dip chicken pieces into egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  • Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, so they are not overlapping. Cook two batches if necessary.
  • Make sure the cooking pan is inserted in the oven at the air fry level.
  • Select Air Fry375°F and set time for 15 minutes. Press START.
  • When oven is preheated place the air fryer basket with the chicken on the cooking pan in the oven.
  • While chicken is cooking, combine the hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl and mix well until sauce is smooth.
  • When cooking time is completed, carefully remove the chicken and place it in a bowl.
  • Drizzle the hot sauce over the chicken pieces and toss well to coat all the pieces.
  • Place chicken on a serving plate and sprinkle with green onion slices.
  • Serve with a ranch dipping sauce.
